Our client is looking for an outstanding Automotive Product Specialist to join their operations team on a Temporary to Permanent Basis. They are looking for an outstanding personality who can provide excellent support to their customers by offering them the correct advice around products and technical support. This position will be in there Keysborough offices.

This position is a temporary to permanent role that will be challenging but rewarding to the successful candidate. Description

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:

• Inbound calls relating to customer needs, regarding spare parts and service requirements.

• Proactively searching for product query answers, when assessing customer needs.

• Internal liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Teams.

• Inventory management and stock control, including re-ordering when required.

• Responding to E-mail Queries in a timely and professional manner.

Profile

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist, who can develop into a Product Specialist with the correct training and on-boarding. They are looking for a candidate who can show initiative to solve customer issues and ideally has a passion for the automotive and manufacturing industries. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced exciting environment. Prior experience in a phone-based Customer Service in the Automotive Industry would be highly regarded; as well as someone with good problem-solving skills.
