Our company is seeking an office assistant to support our office manager.

Duties and tasks:

  • Plan and review day-to-day office operations and ensure the office is run in a professional, efficient and productive manner.
  • Maintain office equipment, stock supplies, and office requirements.
  • Oversee mailing activities, inventory management, and appointments.
  • Answer the phone and assist our participants with course inquiries.
  • Photocopying and collating
  • Manage the student database, along with all adds moves and changes.
  • Take directions from our office manager
  • Basic administration

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Relevant certificate or experience;
  • At least 12 months in a similar role;
  • Proven intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proven success producing high-quality work with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills with outgoing personality;
  • Strong ability to plan and achieve agreed goals;
  • Must use initiative and logical thinking;
  • Must be able to learn quickly and implement
  • Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $43,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Required)
