JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and well-organised administrator to provide high level business administration and HR support for a small organisation operating in Tumut.

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative support for the management team;
  • Operational HR tasks across the organisation, including HR administration, compliance and management of records;
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and other corporate documentation;
  • Arranging/coordinating meetings;
  • Managing the document management system;
  • Co-ordination of the QA management system, including preparation of policy and procedure documentation.

You will have:

  • considerable experience in general office administration, business management or HRM;
  • experience with corporate document management systems;
  • high level computer literacy in MS Office products;
  • familiarity with the Office 365 suite, including SharePoint and Teams; and
  • strong written and oral communication skills.

This is a short term role (to mid year). Hours of work are negotiable and Award provisions apply.
