We are looking for an individual who is customer focused, energetic, adaptive, self-starter who can hit the ground running to join our Customer Success team.

The Role

As a Customer Success Executive you will assist our customers on their virtual health journey by:

  • Responding to new and existing customer queries via live chat, phone and email
  • Providing technical support to our customers in their use of our product and escalating issues when needed
  • Providing one-on-one video demonstrations of the platform
  • Assisting leads to make the right choice of plan to suit their needs
  • Handing on any enterprise sales leads to the sales team
  • Being the experts in our product and continually advancing our knowledge
  • Creating relevant help articles, blogs, how-to videos and other supporting documentation

You Must Have:

  • A friendly demeanor, lots of patience and keen to help customers succeed.
  • Strong customer service / sales background ideally in the SaaS space.
  • Be comfortable supporting computer peripheral technologies across Windows and MAC operating systems along with supporting Android and iOS devices.
  • Be able to communicate with customers with varying levels of IT literacy and adjust accordingly.
  • Be a fast learner with a thirst for knowledge.
  • Be fastidious in your work and dealings with customers.
  • Be able to meet KPIs around customer satisfaction and response times.

You Might Have:

  • A strong understanding of the healthcare sector.
  • Be working towards a degree in IT, Digital Health or other Health related field.
  • Existing knowledge of telehealth or video conferencing technologies.
  • Experience creating or contributing to written help articles or how-to videos.
