PLB Group are on the search for experienced FOH staff to join our dedicated Events team. With our biggest event season set to launch in the coming months, we are welcoming casual team members to join our group. Our function venues are situated along Northern NSW and the Gold Coast region and opportunities exist across multiple venues.

With a supportive and like-minded team, coming to work will feel like coming home. You will be provided with open opportunities for career advancement across the group and assisted learning from industry professionals.

We have incomparable access to exceptional seafood, produce and other materials to keep you inspired and we’ll definitely keep you interested with 250 weddings plus a year! Weekly events and our on-site ½ acre produce garden and recycling program provides a unique infrastructure in our industry.

To be considered, the successful candidate will possess:

· A passion for the industry and a desire to grow and develop in the role

· Strong communication skills and confidence

· Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail

· Stable work history

· Must be available weekends and late nights

· Have access to reliable transport ie. car & license

· QLD & NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification

In addition to the above roles, PLB Group are also seeking chefs and Event Coordinators to join our ever-expanding Events team.
