Position:
Currently looking for an experienced, driven Contract Administrator to join the team. This is initially a 5-month commercial project with the role being based within the Scone area, and has the potential to be extended.
In this position, you will, coordinate and manage project activities to ensure all required timeframes are met & completed to the highest standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Planning, organising, and directing the completion of the project.
  • Preparation of the project estimates
  • Monitor the project plans, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all necessary timeframes are met.
  • Client liaison on all matters throughout the project

Skills and Requirements:
  • The candidate will be proficient across Microsoft Office word, excel, outlook etc.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload within the scope of the project and meet deadlines.
  • Contract Administration or Project Management experience within the construction industry will be an advantage.
  • Ability to liaise with key stakeholders across the project including builders, suppliers, trades, safety personnel and the client.
  • Experience with Oracle Aconex software to allow for cost management, document management and field management will be an advantage.
