Priceworth is an industry-leading company located in Smithfield NSW and we specialize in online & retail sales of home furniture and white goods appliances. We are looking for a skilled and analytical assistant asset manager to join our growing team.

As an assistant asset manager, you must be able to work collaboratively with the asset manager to ensure that all company properties are well maintained and operational assets are managed to maximise the benefit to the company. This position is responsible for maintaining and undertaking regular condition inspections to support the company’s fixed and operational assets.

Fixed Asset Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Property Management and File Maintenance
  • Key audit and management
  • Getting quotes and approval for Repair and Maintenance
  • Maintain Semi-Annual property condition report and Monthly rental schedule
  • Maintain valid insurance policy cover
  • Maintain valid fire certification
  • Key audit and management
  • Insurance policy quotation and renew
  • Assist in preparing & improving company asset management policies
  • Council bins, and third-party bins collection and maintenance schedule
  • Lodge asset insurance claims
  • Other Office Admin Jobs

Operational Asset Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle file maintenance and maintenance schedule
  • Key audit and management
  • Weekly vehicle Condition Report and GPS installation status including map update, paired ratchet tie-down role, and trolley status
  • Maintain valid Insurance Report for all vehicles
  • Maintain and audit forklift condition and service request in each warehouse
  • Maintain and audit warehouse pallet jet and trolley status
  • Maintain and audit power tools and gardening tools
  • Fleet register and service management (Monthly)
  • Tools register and record (Monthly)
  • Keys register and record (Monthly)
  • Book fleet service & repair
  • Insurance policy quotation and renew
  • Assist in preparing & improving company asset management policies

Eligibility & Skills:

  • An undergraduate degree in finance, business, or economics (Required)
  • Experience in asset management or related field (Required - at least 1 year)
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • CFA, CTP, and CPA (preferred)
  • Real Estate Development Experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and statistics
  • Well-developed administrative, office technology, communication, and organisational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
