JOB DESCRIPTION

Consult with clients holistically across the Admission function including but not limited to implementing and rolling out a solution which consists of the only Medicare connected CRM for Aged Care that tracks revenue, funding and occupancy. This includes:

Client System Implementation

  • Project management and delivery of solution.
  • Data collection. Set up templates, specify requests for system and integration set up
  • Data cleansing. Includes checking data for accuracy and validating and refining further with the Client
  • Set up and run weekly status update meetings and track client implementation
  • Conduct system testing for new set up and report back to the development to ensure the system is ready for the client to use
  • Arrange user set up and conduct full Application Training
  • Ensure the project is delivered to meet the timeline and budget
  • Collect any additional client requests and advise actions accordingly
  • Provide ongoing customer support to answer any system-related questions or user issues

BAU Delivery (Client)

  • Second level support to answer client queries
  • Investigate and find solutions to advise client on complex issues
  • Follow up on client queries, escalate as needed
  • Facilitate and support online refresher training for system users
  • Run new feature demos for existing client to showcase new features as they land (short training session)
  • Assist to draft up the Monthly communications for clients to improve customer engagement
  • Create custom reports in Sales Force as clients request these

Tech Testing (Internal)

  • UAT - ongoing testing on features (new/improvement)
  • Bug investigation and testing
  • Testing the new demo system (if any) etc.

BAU product management (Internal)

  • Collect client ideas and input into Product Management tool (Aha!) - prioritise with team
  • Manage the development cycle and track in the release (from delivery perspective).
  • Update training material and the User Guide.
  • Continue to refine and improve system implementation documentation
  • Document and refine materials to client queries, assist the support team in responding

Skills and experience

  • Degree qualified
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience either in project management and/or system implementation
  • Demonstrated Customer service and client management experience
  • Motivated, independent, passion for problem solving
  • Strong consultative approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-minded to challenges
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, coaching and negotiation skills

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $80,517.00 – $98,410.00 per year
