About the Position:

Due to growth within the organisation we are currently looking for an entry level Junior Account Development Representative to be the latest addition to our team.

The new team member will be coached and mentored by existing members of the team to develop their skills and expertise in providing high level of account management. With a lot to learn in this market you will find yourself expanding your knowledge base in a practical capacity.


  • Your key focus is to research and present new business opportunities to the Account Executives.
  • Your business development approach will consist of various marketing and sales methodology including but not limited to, door knocking, emails & EDM's, LinkedIn and outbound calls (atleast 40 per day)
  • You will be responsible for qualifying potential businesses and key stakeholders to the highest of standards.
  • You will be responsible for creating and carrying out targeted sales campaigns, outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • You will follow prepared steps to complete required touch points made with prospective business opportunities in a set timeline.
  • You will work towards hitting your own personal targets as well as contribute to overall team goals.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, discussions & training

  • Your driven by the dollars & understand that this roles remuneration will be directly proportionate to the effort you put in
  • You're a people person who can establish relationships.
  • You would describe yourself as a team player.
  • Previous experience working in a results driven and customer focussed environment is desirable however not essential.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal is something that comes naturally to you
  • Wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech startup environment surrounded by colleagues who care about supporting each other to succeed.
