NOSH currently has a number of ongoing food & beverage roles available with one of Australia's most prestigious resorts, located in the Greater Blue Mountains region. We are seeking people with a passion for and experience in high-quality restaurants to take on roles within our client's fine dining alacarte restaurant.

What we're looking for

  • Min 2yrs experience in hatted/michelin star restaurant
  • Passion for hospitality & customer service
  • Good food & wine knowledge (training provided)
  • Exception service skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Reliability
  • Barista skills (not essential but well regarded)

Given the nature of this role and location, only applicants with full unlimited and ongoing availability will be considered, although alternative roles without these restrictions may become available in the future.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
  • Serving food
  • Serving alcohol
  • Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
  • Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
  • Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes
