About the role & Company
Due to continuous growth, this business has a need for experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join their team at their Western Sydney location.
The Responsibilities:
As added resources to the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality accounts payable services to our operating companies. There are 2 roles’ available, 1 Temporary (short term) and 1 Permanent.
- Full Function end to end Accounts Payable
- Processing accounts payable and credit card invoices
- Corporate credit card expense reconciliations including credit card facility maintenance.
- General Journal preparation and processing.
- Preparing daily and weekly payments and performing intercompany bank transfers as required.
- Electronic filing of all accounts payable and credit card invoices.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
- You must have a background and proven experience with end-to-end Payable process
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
- Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with a large ERP System is essential ideally SAP, but open to Oracle, JDE, Dynamics
