Our client has an enviable track record of growing successfully both organically and via a series of mergers and acquisitions over the past 5 years. We are now looking to build upon on already existing all-star team of executive talent to join the team based in Sydney.

This Practise Leader will be a key leadership role responsible for driving the Technology Practice and delivering agreed priorities. You will support all other Practices across the global footprint to aid rapid growth by supporting and augmenting client sales/bid/business development activity, and providing technical expertise during the engagement delivery phase.

You will be expected to be highly & broadly skilled in technology and also have proven expertise in senior level discussions with clients. You will report to the MD and support both industry and technology leaders and will work closely with Partner/Director experts in various problem spaces (eg analytics, architecture, mining technology).


This market opportunity is significant - to realize the company's potential and deliver its ambitious plans, the Technology Practice Leader must bring deep knowledge and experience to bring a fresh approach to digital transformation to clients around the globe.
  • Senior practitioner from industry - former CTO, Head of Technology or CIO with broad technical background (multiple CTO positions in different industries is ideal)
  • Relevant client-facing IT solutioning/delivery experience (gained from previous vendor, systems integrator, Big 4, strategy house or boutique consultant role)
  • Must have deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture (covering the entire technology stack)
  • 10+ years’ broad experience in enterprise technology including:
    • Good understanding of DevOps, agile software development, project management principles and mixed technology environments
    • Knowledge of principles of software design, full-stack development, testing, deployment, configuration, review and change management systems.
    • Demonstrated knowledge in the design, deployment and management of:
    • o Hybrid Cloud
    • o Networking
    • o Software engineering (at management level)
    • o ERP & Large scale application
    • o Big Data
    • o Analytics platforms and data management principles



This role requires an ambitious and enthusiastic industry practitioner who has the ability to lead a room & talk all things digital. You will find operating in a consulting environment is second nature and reading a room and talking in non technical terms to business stakeholders with be your DNA. You will come with a natural executive presence and bring high energy to inspire people in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Role who is passionate about technology.
