The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Change Analyst to join the Perth Mint Team. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, motivate outcomes focused and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 

Working with project teams and Business Technology leads, the Change Analyst will facilitate the change management activities on several projects whilst also providing business analysis and communications support. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent delivery and approach of change and project implementation in alignment with project governance requirements and artefacts
  • Develop executive and end user communications
  • Document technical and process changes where required
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis, conduct change analysis and impact assessments, and develop and support the delivery of effective change plans and change reporting
  • Recognise likely impacts on the business, identify and manage anticipated resistance to change and identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Deliver business change outcomes across medium to large scale ICT led projects.
  • Develop training strategy, plan and implementation plan.
  • Work effectively on multiple activities and prioritise

About you, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive experience in change management and/or business analysis role with a proven working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, including ADKAR.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information effectively and professionally to users, management, and technical staff.
  • Hands-on experience in large scale change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Change or Business Analyst on major critical technology, infrastructure and transformation programs of work.
  • Demonstrated experience in core change and business analysis activities, including change impact analysis and providing change and communication guidance and support to stakeholders.

You should hold a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business or related discipline with demonstrated experience as a Change and or Business Analyst.
