  • Annual Salary Range: VPS3 - $70,791 - $85,956 + super
  • Tenure: Fixed Term [31 October 2021]
  • Employment Type: Full Time (flexible work arrangements may be available)
  • Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)

To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network.

About the Opportunity

The Support Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality project and administration support to their team to enable the team to operative effectively and achieve successful project delivery outcomes in line with DoT Project Management Frameworks.

This position provides a range of support activities for the team including meeting coordination, financial and procurement support, reporting and records management and key stakeholder liaison.

About You

As our ideal candidate you will have:

  • Proven administration and project support skills, including meeting coordination, preparation of agendas, visitor management.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines and effectively balance competing demands.
  • Advanced understanding and experience in using relevant computer software programs to generate data, reports, charts and presentations (including MS Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage various project databases including large quantities of documentation and correspondence trails to assist project delivery (Content Manager, formally TRIM).
  • Ability to raise purchase orders, process invoices and generate monthly financial reports (iProcurement, Oracle, COGNOS).
  • Understanding and experience in using the contract management system (CMS).
