The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet and Asset Manager to join our dynamic team at BGIS. You will report directly to our National Operations Manager and will be responsible for leadership of all operational fleet and asset management activities to secure best value for money for the Self Perform business

This role is based in Sydney CBD and Northmead, NSW.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of Fleet processes and procedures across the Self Perform business
  • Act as the main point of contact for all fleet related issues
  • Report monthly on Fleet Scheduled Maintenance activities, escalating accordingly
  • Control and management of BGIS Self Performs asset portfolio – which includes all tools, equipment and plant
  • Leadership of all operational fleet and asset management activities to secure best value for money for the Self Perform business


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a Fleet / Asset management role
  • Demonstrated drive and commitment to continuous improvement and a commitment to high quality service delivery
  • Diploma in Fleet management and/or Management and Logistics course (Desirable) or;
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
  • A Class C Driver’s License
