JOB DESCRIPTION

Exciting Opportunity for a Social Media professional, with well rounded experience in social media content production and strategy. You will be working alongside a talented team, across a varied port folio of clients. ​The right candidate will be able to identify true insights – to deliver real media or other business results to our clients​. You will be a great communicator with the ability to manage third-party resources/agencies where specialism or bandwidth is required

RESPONSIBILITES/FUNCTION

Set goals and KPIs that align with the client and agency business objectives and devise strategies through which to achieve them while implementing measurement plans

Develop creative and effective paid media strategies and tactics

Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns

Prepare performance reports that monitor and analyse key media metrics, quality, and campaign performance.

Oversee post-buy audit and optimization efforts to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the media plans

Seek and evaluate strategic media opportunities and serve as a thought-leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our customer

Work to develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs with strategy and creative on content optimisation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

3-5 years’ experience in direct-to-consumer media marketing, with proven success achieving goals

A strong understanding of paid media, proven experience setting up paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and using third-party tools

Experience with Facebook Analytics and Facebook Audience Insights

Ability to collaborate with different areas in the business involved in the growth initiatives

Excellent data analysis skills, analytical mind and entrepreneurial mindset

Media agency experience or in-house agency experience

Intense bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.

Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset and resilient spirit with experience navigating cross-functional organizations
