As a Service Scheduler you will join our results-driven and fast-paced team to provide an integral link in the coordination and delivery of maintenance services to one of our top clients.
The Role - Key Duties
• First point of contact for clients requesting maintenance services for their sites
• Match, schedule and coordinate technicians and contractors in response to customer requirements
• Monitor, organise and prioritise workflow
• Opening and closing work orders
• Oversee the purchasing of parts, materials and equipment for technicians and contractors as required
• Assist with creating quotations
• Review completed service work, resolve issues as they arise and ensure all works are ready for invoicing by the finance team
• Develop and maintain effective communication between all departments
• Actively comply with all health, safety, environmental and procedures
About You - Key Competencies Include:
• Previous experience in customer service office-based or facing role.
• A positive attitude and the drive to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and to work unsupervised
• Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal
