The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets. This is achieved through a thorough understanding of the needs of your customers and matching services and solutions to meet these needs, whether these needs are to improve communication programs, business process outsourcing or re-engineering and automating of existing processes using our technology and managed services. 

Main responsibilities:

· The delivery of new business within nominated major existing accounts

· The identification & delivery of new name (logo) business

· Creation of account plans for major prospective accounts & contribute to account plans for nominated existing accounts

· Achievement of annual new business revenue targets & billing budgets

· Participate in client’s strategic business planning processes

· Form and maintain client relationships, understand their buying criteria and decision making process to achieve strategic sales growth

· Establish, grow and maintain a new business sales pipeline, including accurate use of Salesforce.com

· Identifying sales opportunities and synergies within the wider Fuji Xerox Group

Qualifications and Experience:

· At least four years of sales experience, with two years in business development.

· Relevant tertiary qualifications
