As a D&I Data Senior Consultant in our D&I Consulting team, your impact will be seen by: 

• Interpreting relevant data to draw out actionable insights (both quantitative and qualitative) that add value to clients across multiple industries 
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Your consulting mindset and ability to deliver work of exceptional quality
• Strong project management and report/proposal writing skills - including the ability to write to a number of audiences (Boards, senior leaders, staff)
  
  

About you
 

You have a background in data analytics and visualisation and are skilled in the below areas required for the role:

• Deep data and analytical skills with an ability to quickly draw out and interpret relevant, actionable insights
• Ability to work independently with ownership/accountability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to integrate relevant and compelling data point to support client presentations and deliverables
• Strong client relationship building skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and attention to detail
• Experience with managing client engagements (e.g. budgets) 
  

The following skills will also be highly regarded:

• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in facilitation to generate and capture insights from key stakeholders (e.g. workshops, focus groups)
• Experience in D&I, change management/cultural change or HR/workforce analytics
