Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer you will be stretching across the full gamut of UX design, starting at primary research, synthesising your learnings and grounding in concepts, crafting delivery ready designs and tracking once in market. You will be given the opportunity to expand your qualitative and quantitative research skills, balancing both to present your product teams with the strongest customer and user insights to inform product decisions and enhance customer outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan research
• Facilitate research (e.g interviews, polls, surveys, and other data gathering techniques)
• Facilitate design and ideation sessions actively promoting strong team collaboration
• Collaborate around product strategy and prioritisation
• Identify, understand, codify and communicate customer and user needs
• Design delivery ready artefacts for a wide range of accessibility needs, devices and interfaces

About You

• Proven experience with UX Design practices to design products or services
• Strong examples of:
• Stakeholder management
• Working in an agile environment as part of a product team
• Excellent communication / narrative building
• Ability to prioritise
• Strong understanding of human-centered design (HCD), planning and conducting research, testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility

Experience in:

• Figma
• Miro (or other such digital collaboration tools)
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Basic HTM L, CSS and Java skills (nice to have but not required)
