Skills and Attributes needed for the job:

• Experience in clinical project management and monitoring multi-centre clinical research studies
• Understanding of the local and global regulatory clinical research requirements (ICH and GCP)
• Excellence and attention to detail in written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and ability to prioritise competing demands
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to network effectively, to work individually and as part of a close-knit team
• Ability to effectively manage and maintain close cooperative working relationships with existing and prospective staff
• Proven ability to manage and deliver against contract requirements to budget and to agreed time lines
• High-level organisational skills
• Demonstrated skills in personal time management and organising projects involving people and resources
• Ability to broaden knowledge and skills and follow established protocols
• Oncology project experienced is required
• Sydney based with flexibility to work from home
