They are seeking a dynamic Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE experience for their Corporate Commercial Team.

About the role:

Experience, leadership and the ability to self-manage workload and generate additional clients is an integral part of this role.

You will be involved in a wide variety of matters including - 

• • Corporate & Commercial
• • Franchising & Licensing
• • Contract Law
• • Finance arrangements, including private and public fundraising
• • Internal company administration, including company structuring and Corporate Governance

The successful applicant will be:

• Energetic and highly organized;
• Able to prioritise, be flexible, work with and lead a team.

You must have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• The ability to mentor and coach junior staff members.
