Your new company
Hays IT Brisbane are currently partnered with a Federal Government Department to work out of their Brisbane office. They are expects in connecting Australian businesses to the world and the world to Australia business. By attracting investment to Australia, they are able to support new industries, enhance existing ones and bolster development and research.
We are seeking to appoint an Data Analyst for an initial 6-month contract commencing at the end of March
Your new role
- You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to analyse the data migration requirements for multiple source systems
- Develop and maintain the data migration rules between multiple source and the target system (Dynamics 365) Support data migration activities of multiple CRM Solution Developers using Azure Data Factory
- Partner closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, some in multiple time zones, to solve data and business problems with re-useability, and scalable options in mind.
- Liaise with external Federal Government Departments regarding data requirements and provide advice to improve data quality
- Engage closely with product developers, business analysts and business partners (including external stakeholders) to prioritise data related tasks aligned to business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in Data Quality principles as well as identifying data issues
- Advanced excel - Charts, Formulas and Pivot Tables
- Experience with data visualisation
- Demonstrated Data and Information Architecture experience
- Experienced in Agile environment
- SQL
- Sound knowledge of using Standard Classifications, especially Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification (AHECC), Harmonised System (HS) Commodity Codes.
