About The Role


Join us as our Marketing Manager in this newly created hands-on roleand be accountable for developing and executing our marketing strategies. Working alongside various teams including Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, acquisitions and retention across our two local payment brands (Ezidebit and eWAY). Core to the role will be to:


  • Identify areas for improvement and implement ideas and initiatives;
  • Develop and lead innovative multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver increased revenue and brand recognition;
  • Analyse, understand and share customer market insights, consumer and competitor trends; 
  • Create, maintain and conduct marketing analytics and key insight reports;
  • Manage and own the marketing budget, including tooling, agency relationships and contractors; 
  • Take ownership of our marketing calendar and projects scheduling including sponsorships, key partnerships, industry events and other networking and thought leadership opportunities.



About You


As an experienced Marketing Manager you will be commercially focused and thrive in high performing environment where you have an opportunity to bring the team together and drive collaborative improvements. In addition, you will bring industry experience in either FinTech, ICT, SaaS or related industry. You will also have:


  • Experience in B2B marketing including campaign and project management;
  • Proven experience in developing, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • Digitally savvy with strong communication skills and a passion for driving commercial outcomes;
  • Experience analysing market trends, competitor landscapes, target markets and positioning;
  • A collaborative style, with the confidence to proactively engage stakeholders across the business;
  • A demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong internal and external working relationships and help drive a customer-first mindset across the business;
  • Understanding and experience working with digital analytic tools and marketing automation platforms;
  • Highly developed strategic-thinking mindset, with the ability to work on (and prioritise) time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives in a complex, fast-paced and ever-changing work environment;
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing or business related field.
