To achieve our desired growth targets we are currently seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator to fill a newly created role in our NSW Head Office based in Moorebank. This role will be responsible for developing new business in the State of NSW for services offered by Sydney Security Services.

This role will be primarily responsible for:

  • Developing new business in the State of NSW for services offered by Sydney Security Services
  • Managing operational activities at existing sites
  • NSW execution of the National Sales Strategy
  • Managing and following up on all NSW leads, opportunities, quotations, tender input and EOI’s electronically
  • Assisting with Tender Submissions in accordance with the company Tender Process
  • Maintaining regular face to face contact with existing and fostering new NSW client relationships
  • Assisting management with new projects (i.e., site mobilisation, inductions, documentation)
  • Assisting the Group Manager with operational delivery of existing security contracts and services

To be considered for this role you will need to be:

  • Security License Class 1AC and 2B
  • Sales Experience min 2 years
  • Security operations experience min 2 years
  • Australian citizen or Permanent resident
  • NSW Driver’s License
  • Someone who takes pride in providing high-quality, customised solutions for our clients and customers.
  • A self-motivated and driven candidate eager to grow and develop new business.
  • Able to engage with people, build meaningful relationships with customers and suppliers, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong written and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
