There is now the need for an Admin Assistant/Customer Service to support their busy team North of the River. This full-time opportunity will be a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
The Role
As an integral part of the administration team, you will be based in the office 3 days and working from home for 2 days. A regular day will see you:
- Managing incoming mail
- Complete finance application
- Providing high-quality customer service via phone and email
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Liaising with external providers and suppliers
- Previous administration experience
- Proven attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background working with finance/professional services is advantageous
