Are you looking for a role where you can make a positive difference? HOBAN is seeking applications for an Access Officer to join a customer service team based in the Brisbane CBD.

As an Access Officer, you will engage with individuals and the wider community by providing empathetic / supportive customer service relating to program eligibility and feedback.

What kind of responsibilities will I have?

  • Respond to high volume phone / email enquiries
  • Review and assess documentation to ensure compliance
  • Collect and record documentation material
  • Manage incoming / outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records including data entry
What are the benefits of this role?
  • Great hourly rate - approx. $36.27 per hour + superannuation
  • Assignment commencement - early March to 30 June 2021 with possible extension (subject to business requirements)
  • Brisbane CBD location - close to public transport / shopping precincts
  • Ability to be paid weekly with an easy online timesheet submission
  • Full time hours (37.5), Monday - Friday (typically 9am start)
  • In-depth paid training provided
