The Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Officer to join the property team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Supporting the property management team with all administration duties
  • Document generation, management and control
  • Report preparation and generation
  • Creating PowerPoint documentation with high level accuracy
  • Ad hoc office duties as required
  • Manage phone calls and email correspondence

You will require:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • 5 years’ experience in an Administrator Officer role within a medium sized organization
  • Experience working within a property or real estate organisation
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: written, verbal and negotiation
