We are looking for someone with marketing skills as a Marketing Coordinator role to join our innovative team. Our Skytrust risk management software is rapidly growing, and we require an individual to assist us in this growth to expand our brand awareness, locally, nationally and internationally.
Our head office in Adelaide supports our strong national client base in a wide variety of industry sectors. Our software assists our clients Safety, HR, Environmental & Quality compliance activities. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support.
They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
The role is full-time working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing plan and liaise with Sales Team to align with the Skytrust Strategic Plan
- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Monitors CRM to identify trends in sales and lead generation
- Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Preparing adhoc reports as required by management
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Competent in WordPress, Adobe Suite
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Experience in Hootsuite, Canva, Mailchimp, Trello (preferable)
