We are looking for someone available for an immediate start in a new role.

This will be achieved by your great planning and support of our team in delivering a quality product using Agile methodologies.
As Infrastructure Lead you will be responsible for facilitating effective development team activities including the daily stand-up, sprint planning, acceptance testing, release planning and retrospective meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain our core infrastructure
- Debug production issues across services and all levels of the stack
- Plan for the growth of our infrastructure as we continue to grow globally
- Build a great customer experience for people using automations and provisioning
- Scaling our infrastructure and performance testing
- Maintaining our security and compliance obligations
- Collaborate with teams to establish solid DevOps practices
- Design, develop and maintain automations to streamline operations
- Create and manage environments or application stacks
- Assist with system administration and IT support
- Assist with system monitoring and support
- Work with engineering teams to support and troubleshoot system issues
- Provide regular reporting regarding the status and roadmap of all tasks and sprints
Skills & Experience:
The skills and experience you have today are important. The ability to build new skills and to adapt to the changing business needs are critical qualities needed.
Essential:
- AWS Certification or equivalent years of experience - Minimum 3 years experience with AWS products including CloudFront, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Cloudformation and Elasticache
- Experience in scaling web applications to global audiences
- Experience in AWS orchestration (preferably Cloudformation)
- Broad experience in computer and network systems, including IT security, web applications and cloud based services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and handle ambiguity and make decisions and recommendations with limited data
- Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
- Highly developed leadership, strategic analysis, problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong financial literacy skills and demonstrated capacity to forecast and manage project budgets
- Proven written and oral communication skills and demonstrated effective sponsor/stakeholder liaison
- Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision
- Ability to prioritise under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Time flexibility to occasionally address urgent after hours support escalations and releases
- Demonstrate and encourage proficiency in a wide range of technologies, products & platforms
