About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a HR Recruitment Officer - Indigenous Identified. This position is located in their busy Newcastle office for a temporary scribing contract.
About the Position
The successful candidate you will be commissioned to undertake impartial, high quality assessments to evaluate the suitability of candidates and contribute to decision making/ making recommendations.
The role requires approx 4 days at the Newcastle location - subject to finalisation of administration.
This is an identified role where Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Attend virtual training sessions before the interviews
- Assist with the shortlisting process
- Sit on interview panels and attend debriefs with the rest of the panel
- Complete a post assessment report on each candidate interviewed
- Undertake scribing duties during the interviews
- Complete reports as required
- Complete reference checks as required
- Willing to travel - Must have valid Drivers Licence
