The Role:
The Store Manager will lead a small team to achieve sales budgets and retail KPIs. By offering exemplary customer service, you will build an established customer base of repeat clientele. Ongoing training and development will support you in the next step of your career.

Skills & experiences required:

• Previous store management experience of 4 years required
• Longevity looked at preferentially
• Focus on providing elevated customer service and styling
• Ability to execute visual directives to high standard
• Coach and develop a diverse sales team and keep morale high
