Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Canva’s success - we’ve hired some of the best people from all over the world and our own recruiting team is growing! We have some big crazy goals in recruiting and are building a world-class recruiting organization. To help us realize our mission, we are hiring a Recruiting Enablement Lead to focus on recruiter enablement, partnership across the People Team and business on all key recruiting initiatives. This role will help empower recruiters to perform their jobs more efficiently and guide all new team members on their journey to becoming Canvanauts. What you'll do

  • Be a force for good: If any role plays a key part in ensuring that we are aligning to our overarching People team mission and objective, then this is it! Embed capability, effective change and storytelling into all aspects of our recruiting process
  • Establish and launch us into the future: Recruiting and talent attraction is constantly evolving with the needs of hyper-growth companies like Canva as well the motivators of our candidates, so you will use your well-developed talent perspective and knowledge to ensure that as Canva expands into new countries, our processes and experiences are both delightful and scalable
  • Help us deliver strategically and operationally: Influence and shape our recruitment training and development roadmap, represent TA on broader People team strategic projects and ensure our recruiting strategy is effectively communicated across Canva
  • Build the best team: Partner with the Head of Recruiting and our Recruiting Operations and Insights lead to turn data into actionable insights that improve our overall team’s efficiency and capability to ensure we achieve our goals. Assess what’s needed and help us recruit, onboard and retain the best recruiting talent in the world!

Who you'll be

  • Extensive subject matter expertise in recruiting processes, change management and communication within a recruiting team environment.
  • Prior experience shaping and driving recruiter onboarding, capability planning and operational outcomes
  • Demonstrated history of championing and advocating for DE&I in all aspects of recruiter training and talent attraction initiatives
  • Demonstrable knowledge of emerging market trends, sourcing channel effectiveness and talent attraction best practices
  • Strong experience in communicating change clearly, proactively which a specific focus on embedding the change into ‘business as usual’
  • A proactive approach to identifying and recommending innovative improvements with the ability to collaborate across teams to make it happen
  • Prior experience in helping to build and enable a high performing recruiting team with measurable and successful output
  • A voice that represents and reflects the experience of recruiters, stakeholders and candidates
