JOB DESCRIPTION

  • South West Sydney Location | Perm, Full-Time Office Based Role
  • Immediate role requiring experience in Excel
  • Long term role within a very friendly team | $60k+super

Established boutique Builder/Developer is looking for assistance with their construction admin work in SouthWest Sydney.
The team is relaxed, and very friendly.
This is a permanent, office based role Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities in this role include
  • Running of all admin work for the construction teams (ie. assisting Site Supervisors with admin work missed or incorrect)
  • Connect and ensure running of unities
  • Keep track of documentation for the houses and general document control
  • Crosscheck invoices
  • Data entry
  • Keep on top of all WHS materials and documents
  • Keep track of factory deliveries to site
  • Help udate and clean up the CRM
Your experience:
  • Experience related to residential building industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly computer literate and experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
