ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a global medical aesthetics organisation who design and manufacture leading edge devices and consumables that are used and trusted by many clinicians and beauty clinics worldwide. Known for their high calibre products and excellence in service delivery, they are expanding their sales capabilities by appointing a new team to focus on their consumables range.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for the strategic planning and implementation of sales and business development plans to customers on your territory within NSW. You will bring your commercial acumen and passion for delivering high calibre outcomes for your customers. Duties will include:

  • Engaging with existing customers via face to face visits
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to assist your customers increase the quality of their clients' experience and outcomes
  • Conducting events, support and training workshops to new and existing customers
  • Using your analytical skills to review data and provide marketing and engagement strategies via segmentation, social media campaigns and other branding techniques.
  • Achieving sales targets set by manager and planning pipeline for future success
  • Take responsibility for inputting data in the CRM and managing reports and other administrative tasks required to ensure your territory runs smoothly.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To secure this role, it is envisaged you will have a background in aesthetics , either facial or body and have a genuine desire to learn and develop a career as a high performing, collaborative, team and customer focussed BDM. Additional requirements include:
  • High level stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with clinicians and other clinic staff
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
  • Demonstrated track record of success in Sales/Territory Management, ideally within aesthetics, skin care or consumables
  • Proactive and positive attitude, solutions focused
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with the team
  • Outstanding organisation skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel across NSW and interstate for customer engagement
