JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attracting and selecting the best talent to Suncorp
- Immediate Start - 4 Month Contract
- Brisbane or Sydney CBD Location
Due to some movements in our team, we are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dedicated and high performing team. This role is a 4 month contract initially and would focus on attracting and selecting the best talent to Suncorp in a strategic and customer focused manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the business functions to understand their business and ensure the delivery of best practice recruitment services
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of key drivers of the business in relation to recruitment needs
- Undertaking recruitment activities in accordance with recruitment process and agreed service levels (including but not limited to sourcing, screening, testing, reference checking, short-listing and negotiating packages with successful candidates)
- Utilising proactive sourcing strategies in order to develop talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs
- Employing the Suncorp Recruitment online and social media channels to attract the best talent to the right opportunities.
You will also possess the following:
- Recruitment experience either in house or Agency
- Detailed knowledge of contemporary sourcing, selection and recruitment approaches
- Demonstrated experience as a proactive and trusted recruitment advisor
- Experience using PageUp will be highly regarded
