ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our Specialised Services Team in Brisbane CBD, QLD, on Part-Time basis working 3 days a week up until November 2021. This role demands an array of proficiencies, particularly, excellence in interpersonal and communication skills that support and reflect the Sonic HealthPlus culture.
DUTIES
Reporting directly to the Team Lead - Coal Services, this position will primarily be responsible for the coordination of administration services for Occupational Physician, Psychiatrist and Psychologists Health Assessments and consultancy services for valuable Government and Corporate clients, however, will also be responsible for:
- Checking completed medicals for all requirements and uploading Qld coal mine medicals to the RSHQ portal
- Ongoing liaison with Approved Medical Advisers (AMA), SHP clinics and RSHQ
- File management
- Answering dedicated unit phone line
- General administration duties
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have an eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to our clients and all staff. Other requirements include:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to remain positive and flexible to provide a proactive approach to supporting the Specialised Services Team
- Previous experience in Occupational Health will be highly regarded
