The Team
Shine is fortunate to work with people across a range of personal litigation matters in 40+ offices nationwide. Delivering this message to the general public and so many potential clients is handled by our dynamic marketing team who use commercial acumen, creativity and a strong work ethic to assist the growth of each of our practices.

Due to this growth, we are now seeking an Advertising Coordinator to join our talented Digital Marketing team, based in our Brisbane CBD head office, on a permanent, full time basis.

The Role
In this role, you will implement all advertising activity, across mostly digital channels, to drive brand awareness of the Shine brand and client acquisition. Your focus will be on uncovering insights, launching new campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are optimised, budgets are on track and spend is optimised for business return.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive performance in mainly online channels, to increase quality enquiries for Shine.
  • Create and optimise digital campaigns, across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Develop optimisation plans to continuously improve the performance of paid media channels against key KPIs.
  • Optimise keywords, and identify new opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Launch A/B tests on creative, landing pages, bidding etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Managers to create integrated campaigns, provide strategic recommendations and insights on results.
  • Provide insights into landing page performance, and recommendations to increase on page conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure creative excellence for all advertising that adheres to industry best practice and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain budget control and pacing throughout the entire process.
  • Troubleshoot common campaign issues or low performing campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance, learnings and enquiries.
  • Plan and create excellent high converting sales funnels through media channels.
  • Work collaboratively with agencies and freelancers, where relevant.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practice.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience managing acquisition focused paid campaigns (strategy, creation, managing, optimising and reporting)
  • Agency experience is preferable, but not essential for success
  • Hands on experience building and optimising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc
  • Proven experience developing and running A/B tests, including ad copy and creative, audience segmentation, and landing page tests
  • Experience with SA360, Kenshoo or other bid management tools is advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large media budgets
  • Process driven, with strong project and time management skills
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience, and Google Analytics and Data Studio experience
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related business discipline are ideal, but not essential for success.
