The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant & Administration Manager who is confident, articulate, and proactive.

The brief is to keep the executive well supported across business functions & interests, and to refresh a seamless administrative management capability over time.

Across the full executive support spectrum, you will multi-task and triage requests with positive stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the CFO, you will implement “fit for purpose” administrative and office management systems and directly support the MD, CFO and COO.

As we are a small to medium sized business, this role will suit an extremely organised, resilient and personable professional. Pro continuous improvement, you will have a high attention to detail and workload capacity.

You will feel comfortable to step into a dynamic environment during a business transformation phase with a strong desire to deliver simplification, consistency and well-functioning systems and processes to support the organisation.

About You

  • Accomplished executive management support to a leadership team, preferably, in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong administrative/office management experience with a track record of success
  • Self-driven with a high level of accountability, ownership and productivity drive
  • Digitally savvy, MS Office wizard (including Office 365), SharePoint experience
  • “Can do” attitude, responsiveness, confidentiality a must
  • Collaborative, adaptable and flexible HR administrative experience advantageous
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and credible communicator (verbal and written).
