We all about helping our customers work faster, better and smarter. Voice recognition is a rapidly developing emerging technology that is empowering business professionals, doctors, lawyers and government agencies to significantly improve their productivity rates.

New cloud-based voice recognition technology has just become available and we are about to launch this technology Australia wide.

And that’s where you come in, to help us realise our vision to expose as many Australians to this technology as quickly possible.

About the position

You be taking incoming calls and responding to sales leads about this new Cloud voice recognition system.

There is no cold calling. There is no telemarketing.

This suits someone who is good at explaining technology in simple terms, to a wide range of people. You will need to learn fast. You need a good grasp of technology and software applications.

And you will need to be an excellent listener with good attention to detail

Some specifics

  • Nerang office (Gold Coast)
  • One position available.
  • Possibility of full-time work, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Monday to Friday only.
  • Expected working hours to be 10am-2pm five days a week. Though there will be some flexibility required as this may change.
  • We will pay more for the right person once you have demonstrated your capabilities.

You will have

  • A proven sales and service record.
  • A demonstrated enthusiasm for providing fantastic customer service.
  • Highly computer literate. Very sound understanding of Windows 10 environments and other office applications.
  • High level of confidence over the phone and strong listening skills
  • A strong team player.

We’ll provide all the training you’ll need beyond that.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
