In this role you will:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level phone and email support as well as managing tickets.
- Deploy and support Windows environments from 7 to 10 Desktop as well as Windows Servers 2008 to 2016.
- Support MS O365 and MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), support AV Software– Webroot, backup solutions - VEEAM & Zettagrid, support Storage Solutions – OneDrive & SharePoint, support Networking Systems – WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN and Firewalls
- Manage Virtualised Machines in Hyper-V, VMWare and Azure VM Services.
- Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to connect with the client and ask the right questions.
- At least 1-5 years’ experience in a technical customer service role as either L1 or L2 support.
- Experience with one or more of the following: MS Windows, O365 and Azure administration, Unifi, Cisco, and Meraki (Router, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless
- Experience in supporting infrastructure, network, communication, end user computing and help desk environment
