Our Digital Sales teams are a pivotal part of the business and are leading the way in how we roll out our technology and services to our customers. Not only are we super passionate about the latest technology trends but also in how we support and tailor our services to customers nationwide.

The role

As a Telesales Consultant, you’ll be the voice of Optus, part of the Singtel group, an established market leader with strong market brand recognition in Australia and overseas with access to competitive and unique range of quality products and services.

You will be part of a vibrant and successful sales team focused on building long lasting relationships selling competitive packages to existing and new customers through means of inbound and outbound calling.

The Process

A little about the process. On application you will be sent through a short video interview. If successful, the Optus team will contact you to invite you to a virtual assessment centre. These will be held on the week of the 8th of March.
