- Employment Status: Permanent, Part-Time – 20 hrs p/w
- Location: Buderim Private Hospital
- Classification: Registered Nurse – Level 3
- Remuneration Value: $55.49 - $62.38 p/h (FTE $109, 648 - $123, 262) + 9.5% employee contribution to super +17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave
Buderim Private Hospital have an opportunity for a Nurse Coordinator Team Leader to join their team in a permanent, part-time position.
About the Role:
You will provide management support to all hospital departments, leading the nursing team to achieve service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement, staff development and risk management.
The successful applicant will ideally present with:
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Post graduate qualification in leadership or management desirable
- Recent experience in an acute clinical setting preferably critical care experience
- Strong commitment to own and professional development of others
- Ability to work supportively within a team and adapt to change
- Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
- Ability to flexibly across a 24/7 roster
This is a permanent, part-time role required to work a base roster of 20 hours per week.
