Buderim Private Hospital have an opportunity for a Nurse Coordinator Team Leader to join their team in a permanent, part-time position.

About the Role:

You will provide management support to all hospital departments, leading the nursing team to achieve service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement, staff development and risk management.

The successful applicant will ideally present with:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Post graduate qualification in leadership or management desirable
• Recent experience in an acute clinical setting preferably critical care experience
• Strong commitment to own and professional development of others
• Ability to work supportively within a team and adapt to change
• Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
• Ability to flexibly across a 24/7 roster

This is a permanent, part-time role required to work a base roster of 20 hours per week.
