The Sales Representative role is designed to help the business grow through prospecting and
maintenance of existing customer accounts. Working in a team environment with the other Sales
Representatives, the individual will represent client requirements to sell the logistics services offered by the
company to potential customers.

Client Details

Our client, based in Notting Hill provide freight delivery services for online retailers.

Having partnered with a variety of transport carriers to provide a complete and competitive road transport network, they developed their own state of the art e-commerce platform ensuring effective transport and delivery of online purchased goods to the buyer.

As Sales Representative, you will work hard to network and negotiate with potential clients about their orders, generating revenue for the company. You will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic and result driven team member in accordance with the organisations structures and procedures to achieve or exceed given sales targets and KPI'S.

The main duties as Sales Representative is to present and sell company logistic services to current and potential clients. Duties will include but are not limited too:

  • Have a complete understanding of services and to seek various methods on how to market the service to different industries/fields
  • Generate leads to expand customer database and actively seek new markets to target
  • Proactively calling customers and targeting new business opportunities
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong business relationships with current and potential customers to drive for business development
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's set out by manager to identify and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner at all times.
  • End to end Customer Service
  • Attend weekly sales meetings


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will posses the following:

  • Proven experience meeting KPIS
  • Sales and/or Lead generation experience
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good organisation skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional time management and flexibility
  • Strong people management skills (ability to train, develop and retain your team)
  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Result driven and proactive
