We are looking for a Parts & Service advisor for our Service Department at Gympie.

Must be career focused and a long-term team member wanting to go higher. You would need to be a leader, yet team focused while working towards desired company outcomes to achieve this. The right candidate will have confidence in helping all our customers. Having history in Parts or Service would be beneficial but not essential. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.

Our award winning after-service care backs up our commitment to every customer. In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the Company and the customer for Parts & Service. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service & Parts department customers, both face to face and over the phone.

Your day will consist of:

  • Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
  • Determining the customers' needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
  • Following the progress of the vehicles throughout the course of the service and keeping the customers informed
  • Ordering and Selling parts & accessories
  • Providing quotes
  • Providing superior customer service.
  • Ability to Walk up & down from the workshop throughout the day.
  • Follow up Customers after they have been in for a service.
