Office Admin role with a Tasmanian business that specialise in hospitality equipment servicing and sales.
Your new company
Based in North Hobart, this Tasmanian owned business the specialise in commercial hospitality equipment servicing and sales. They focus on providing a premium service to a broad range of clients and can assist in all facets of café, QSR, office or domestic coffee bar requirements. Due to business growth they require a self-motivated Office Administrator efficiently manage the operations of their front office and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
Your new role
As the Office Administrator your core duties will be providing support to Business Owner, however working within a small team you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as;
Dealing with all customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face
Sales Support, eg processing orders, maintaining sales records, product promotion
Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and Bank reconciliations
Liaise with warehouse staff to maintain correct stock/inventory levels
Other adhoc administration work as required
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you’ll have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal), and a proven track record in a similar position. You’ll have excellent time management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. You’ll also have previous experience with MYOB or Xero software, have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise competing demands.
