We are seeking new members to join our team.


You will be working alongside our Bookkeeping Lead and hands-on Partner and senior team who are ex-Big 4 and who have a passion for developing talented professionals to deliver the best possible client service experiences. You will have exposure to and work on a portfolio of impressive high net worth clients to support our clients’ bookkeeping, reporting and compliance needs.


The successful candidate will have solid exposure and experience in working with private clients, particularly wealthy families, with a minimum of 10 years solid experience in bookkeeping and outsourced finance function support services, organised, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and is proficient with Xero and related applications.

Responsibilities

  • Process transactions and ensure accuracy of data and transaction allocations
  • Support client onboarding and set up for bookkeeping service delivery
  • Provide bookkeeping services and finance function support to high net wealth clients
  • Preparation of management reporting and supporting Managers and Partners in advisory service delivery and special projects
  • Direct contact with clients and opportunity to develop client relationships
  • Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities and work with Bookkeeping Lead and management team to implement changes
  • Use and adopt firm technology and applications to bookkeeping clients and delivery


Qualifications & other attributes

  • Minimum of 10 years bookkeeping and outsourced services experience
  • Formal bookkeeping qualification/certification or equivalent preferred 
  • Good understanding of accounting and Australian taxation compliance matters, such as Business Activity Statements
  • Experience with payroll processing and related matters
  • Must have advanced working experience with Xero application
  • Must have permanent work-rights in Australia
