We are a digital marketing agency based on the Gold Coast, Australia focused on driving sales and cultivating valuable relationships with customers - through Paid Media & Customer Experience.

Our eCommerce clients are a mix of fashion, and product-led brands that aim to stand out in a crowded marketplace. The individual we are looking for should have experience running Google & Facebook Paid Ads for eCommerce (Lead Generation experience is a bonus as we expand this service) and great verbal communication to engage within the team. Salary will be commensurate with experience + performance bonuses for hitting KPIs.

Responsibilities will include...

  • Strategise, Execute, and Manage a variety of Facebook and Google ad campaigns across multiple brands from: conception to creative to execution to analysis. We want thought leaders.
  • End-to-end set-up and management of Facebook Paid ads & Google Search/Shopping campaigns
  • Identifying emerging creative trends or creative fatigue and briefing any creative design or copywriting changes to the creative team
  • Make suggestions on creatives, copy, landing pages, client offers, and website UX and CX to improve the outcomes of Paid Advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
  • Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve set objectives.
  • Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to the team and providing recommendations to keep the campaigns performing above KPIs & Goals.
  • Managing 10-20 campaigns at a time (This role is purely campaign work - no client-facing roles will take place)

What We’re Looking For...

  • 2+ years of PAID Facebook and/or Google ADVERTISING experience. (Facebook Blueprint Certified and/or Google Partner Certified Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience managing your own clients/accounts. (eCommerce - any industry and LeadGen - Design & Construction preferred, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills is highly preferred
  • Proven track-record of achieving excellent ROAS and ROI for eCommerce
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify.
  • Strong, professional verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
  • Innovative thinker and a collaborative team player.

Besides your hourly rate, you generate additional income from every campaign that you run based on set KPIs (This will be determined based on your set campaign goals and will be reviewed on a monthly & quarterly basis). Hours & Compensation:

  • We are looking for someone who is available minimum 10 hours per week (Increasing with the workload/number of clients)
  • You will be paid a base hourly rate + performance bonuses for hitting KPIs monthly/quarterly.
  • This role is REMOTE with the opportunity to move in-house if needed. We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia GMT +10.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for the second round of interviews + Zoom video call. You will be asked to provide examples of campaigns you have worked on previously with results.

Part-time hours: 12 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Permanent

Salary: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
