About the company:
This well known insurance organisation employ some of the best sales leaders and mentors in Sydney and are renowned for their vibrant office culture. Due to increased demand within the life insurance space, they required additional staff to join their well established underwritten sales team.

About the role:

You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients who have shown an interest in a new insurance package, which will essentially support their family’s future. Maintaining your first-class customer service, you will identify the client’s needs from introductory questions and then determine the best policy suited to their needs.

To be successful in this position you will ideally have all of the following:

• Phone based Sales experience within Life insurance
• Pride in your customer service and rapport building skills and the ability to always put the customer first
• An outgoing and positive personality with a team player mentality
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to grow and develop
• The desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Full working rights (not suited to working holiday visas)
• You must be available immediately
