Catholic Early EdCare is a provider of Outside School Hours Care, Long Day Care and Kindergarten services across South-East Queensland.

We are seeking to appoint two full time Administration Officers to join our Rosalie Office team as part of the admin team which supports our 130 services.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring shared mailboxes and central phone numbers to assist with support requests and parent enquiries.
• Processing of financial payments, adjustments and debt procedures
• Administer the enrolment process for families accessing Catholic Early EdCare services.
• Ensure compliance with child care subsidy requirements
• Assistance with financial administration including coding and filing of invoices.

Hours of work: Full time (37.5 hours per week).
Remuneration: $27.6695 per hour

The successful applicants will have:

• 2-3 years’ experience in an administration and/or reception role
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, mail merging, databases and electronic filing systems
• Knowledge of the child care industry and government subsidies would be favourably considered
• An interest in utilising new software and technical solutions
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills for providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Appropriate time management skills to complete delegated and own tasks within required timeframes
